Government advise Medicines and Medical Suppliers to take further supply chain steps for Brexit

Government advise Medicines and Medical Suppliers to take further steps to ensure Vaccines and Clinical Trials are not disrupted.....

The Government, yesterday sent letters to medicine and medical products suppliers advising them of the steps they need to take to avoid Brexit supply chain disruption, including avoiding the governments own "Reasonable Worst case scenario for Borders" (7000 lorries backed up in Kent, similar delays in France and customs delays of 2 days). Circumnavigating these issues puts significant demands and cost on medicine and medical suppliers, to ensure continuity of supply, including Vaccines, come 31st December. We would be interested to know what supply chain professionals in the industry think?
