As Sourcing Manager – IT, you will take ownership of the Network and Voice category, bringing category strategy to life and leading sourcing initiatives end-to-end. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, Legal, Risk, Supplier Relationship Management and the wider business, you will act as a trusted advisor while delivering measurable commercial value.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering a robust category strategy for Network and Voice services.
• Building strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
• Leading procurement best practice activities, including RFx processes, commercial and contract negotiations.
• Championing Third Party Risk Management and ESG considerations across all sourcing activity
• Identifying global leverage opportunities and collaborating with international procurement teams.
• Managing onboarding of new suppliers and service extensions to maximise financial, operational and risk benefits.
• Monitoring market trends and supplier innovation to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring supplier contracts and records are accurate, secure and compliant with information security standards.

About You:

You’ll be a confident, commercially minded procurement professional with experience operating in complex, global environments. You’re comfortable managing multiple initiatives at pace and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll bring:

• A strong track record of leading sourcing projects, negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to prioritise effectively with close attention to detail.
• CIPS or equivalent qualification/experience.
