Join one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes as it enters a major growth phase.

We are looking for a commercially astute Strategic Sourcing Managers to shape and deliver high-value procurement strategies across a complex, regulated environment.

What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity for high-value, complex contracts (often £100m+)
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business priorities and market conditions.
• Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and supply chain innovation.
• Manage supplier relationships and support long-term performance and value delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across project delivery, finance, legal, and operations.
• Ensure full compliance with governance, regulatory, and procurement processes.

 What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing or category management within complex environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-value setting.
• MCIPS (or working towards) preferred.

NEC contract experience and Complex infrastructure project experience would be advantageous.

Regular travel to London office (once per week) and other sites every 4-6 weeks.
