We are seeking an experienced commercial professional with a strong track record delivering major engineering, construction, infrastructure, or heavy civils projects. You will lead commercial activities across high-value contracts, manage NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, oversee change control and compensation events, and provide strategic commercial support to project delivery teams.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience on major infrastructure or engineering projects (£10m–£100m+)
- Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract management expertise.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of construction delivery, cost management, and supply chains.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, CICES or CIPS) desirable.
