Craig Gallagher

I initially joined Beaumont Select in 2007 on the recommendation of a couple of friends who had previously made the move into recruitment from a successful career in Estate Agency. I’m a people person and the transition from one to the other was a seamless process as many of the key fundamentals in terms of engagement and client experience are similar.  It became clear very quickly that Beaumont Select is a very focussed and client/candidate centric organisation, which is the kind of culture and work ethos that relates to my approach. We have a very open and sensible work culture, where everyone pulls together to achieve their goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I have traditionally focussed in the Technology, Pharmaceutical, Retail and FMCG markets, but as we all know, procurement is very much a transferrable skill set which has opened up into other industry sectors for me.  My approach is very much aligned to building effective relationships with clients and candidates alike. It’s all about the quality of delivery for me, rather than output for the sake of it, which helps working in a non KPI environment at Beaumont Select.  We are seen as a specialist within our industry with a strong and reputable brand. Over the years I have built up a strong network of procurement and supply chain professionals, across the UK.

Outside of work my passion is anything and everything to do with sport, which my wife hates!  I still play cricket and golf and enjoy watching football and rugby. I’m a life- long supporter of Liverpool FC and have enjoyed their success over recent years. When I’m not doing the sport thing, I have a little Gallagher that keeps me busy and entertained, she’s amazing!
