I joined Beaumont Select in 2003 to help the business grow from humble beginnings to the busy and highly successful niche Procurement and Supply Chain Recruitment Agency we are now. My role in Beaumont is fairly diverse, from managing our marketing activities to process and quality management. I’m also the first line of support when our IT ‘does a wobbly’ and I take on some responsibilities for office management activities too.
I have the (slightly) unenviable job of ensuring our talented Consultancy Team follow our quality and process standards. Our standards are high… we are REC accredited and ISO9001 quality certified, which I believe in conjunction with our exceptionally experienced team sets us apart from other recruitment agencies within our sector. I’m also lucky enough to work with an exceptional back-office team who are always enthusiastic and committed to providing our clients and candidates with a prompt, friendly and a highly professional service.
