I have been lucky enough to grow and manage Beaumont Select since its inception in 2001. Prior to Beaumont Select I spent nearly ten years as a specialist in oil industry recruitment. After ten years in recruitment I took a change of direction; and went back to university to do an MBA with the view of changing careers. Well with the best laid plans I returned straight back into Recruitment with a global search firm! After this spell in Procurement recruitment and search I was positive that Beaumont Select could provide a more thorough, professional and personal service to great clients and candidates around the globe. I truly believe that we have achieved that over the last 12 years.

On a day to day basis I endeavour to focus Beaumont Selects consultants, and with 100 years Purchasing recruitment experience between them it is pretty easy as they know the industry as well as I do. I also ensure we always have enough tea, coffee, milk and other business critical items to run a growing business.

On a personal note, I have three young daughters, so am pretty adept at repairing broken Barbie dolls and when time allows keen on travel, food and anything with two wheels.
